Influenced by her parents’ construction business, she started helping out at just 8 years old and later took on responsibility of the company’s daily finance tasks. Kameron went on to attend West Texas A&M University and earned her cosmetology license through Baldwin Beauty School in Austin, Texas. By 2009, Kameron was building her career as a hairstylist in Friendswood, Texas, leveraging her skillset to successfully run her own business.
Following her marriage, Kameron devoted her time to family life as a homemaker before re-entering the professional world in 2016. She built a thriving career as a licensed real estate agent, specializing in Commercial Real Estate as well as Ranch and Farm properties.
By 2023, Kameron joined her husband in overseeing Coastal Maintenance, joining the company’s Administration & Finance department, ensuring a smooth financial transition following the departure of the previous accounting manager. Demonstrating her leadership skills, Kameron joined the Board of Directors in 2024 and became the majority owner of Coastal Maintenance in January 2025.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kameron’s roots on a Ranch instilled a deep love for horses and rodeo competitions. She dedicates her free time to supporting and training her daughter in rodeo competition riding. Kameron is also a gifted singer and has released three singles, which are actively streaming.

Travis Mantell is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the commercial mowing and landscaping industry. Growing up in Friendswood, Texas, he was introduced to the family business early on, gaining hands-on experience in commercial landscaping that laid the foundation for his career.
After graduating from high school, Travis pursued a degree in business at Sul Ross University in Alpine, Texas. He later returned to Friendswood and joined Coastal Maintenance Inc. in 2005 as Field Operations Manager. In this role, Travis quickly earned a reputation for delivering on-time, high-quality service with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction. His leadership helped the company rise to industry prominence and customer satisfaction.
Travis' dedication and ability to drive results earned him a promotion in 2016 to Chief Operations Officer (COO), and he joined the company’s board of directors. Then, in April 2023, Travis purchased Coastal Maintenance Inc., becoming the 100% owner and assuming the positions of President and CEO. Since taking the helm, he has refined operations and achieved remarkable success, including increasing the company's revenue by 26%.
Outside of his professional achievements, Travis is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it’s relaxing at the beach, boating, or preparing meals for his loved ones, he cherishes quality time with those closest to him. He is also an avid hunter and enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors with his children.

Shylo James Leger, a Louisiana native, has built a diverse and accomplished career across various industries, drawing upon his passion for business, culinary arts, and leadership. Educated at St. Louis High School in Lake Charles, Shylo earned a colonial soccer scholarship and attended Nicholls State University, where he studied Business and Culinary Arts.
Shylo’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through when he co-founded a deli & bakery restaurant, rooted in his culinary passion. After successfully establishing the business, he sold his share of the partnership.
His career continued to evolve in 2016 when Shylo joined Coastal Maintenance (CMI) as an operator. Due to his dedication and leadership, he quickly advanced to foreman and, in 2018, was promoted to Field Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees all field operations teams, including foremen, crews, operators, and the Mechanic Shop, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Shylo keeps his culinary skills alive by cooking and baking for family and friends. He enjoys traveling across the USA, exploring new destinations, and unwinding with a round of golf.

Jacob Mantell serves as the Sales & Business Development Manager at Coastal Maintenance, bringing a wealth of expertise in sales and business development to the team since January 2025. His sales leadership focuses on driving growth, customer success and satisfaction, and fostering strategic client relationships.
Before joining Coastal Maintenance, Jacob held the role of Sales Manager for Fleet-Lube LLC, where he managed daily operations across South Texas. Prior to that, he played a pivotal role at D&S Machine Works by building their sales department and later overseeing the welding division as the Manager of Manufacturing.
Jacob's entrepreneurial spirit shone in 2015 when he acquired a fuel distribution business, scaling it from $1 million to $20 million in sales within just four years. Fleet-Lube LLC acquired the business in 2020, and under Jacob's leadership, service offerings expanded into Marine, Industrial, and Oilfield markets, with revenue growing from $15 million to $80 million.
Outside of his professional achievements, Jacob is a dedicated family man who enjoys saltwater fishing, hunting, and spending quality time outdoors with his wife and children.
Hannah Kimich brings a wealth of expertise to CMI's finance department as a controller. With extensive experience managing finances, bookkeeping, and analytics, Hannah is committed to ensuring solid financial oversight and strategic decision-making. She earned her BS in Marketing with a minor in Business from Sam Houston State University, where she laid the foundation for her versatile career.
Before joining CMI, Hannah honed her skills in sales, with a primary focus on job profitability, which later transitioned into an operations-centered role. Adding to her diverse professional background, she is also a certified teacher for grades K-8.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys quality time with her family, whether it's out on the water or at their ranch. She loves attending her three children's dance and volleyball competitions, and her evenings often consist of relaxing with her husband and a glass of Cabernet.
Tori Ratcliff has been an integral part of Coastal Maintenance Inc. since August 2004, making her one of the earliest employees of the CMI team. With nearly two decades of experience, Tori serves as the Office Manager, providing vital support to both the operations and finance departments, with a particular focus on accounts receivables. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in fostering the company's growth and success.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys quality time with her family and her beloved dog, Bell. A passionate enthusiast of the arts, she loves attending theater performances and concerts. Additionally, Tori's love for travel fuels her desire to explore new cultures and histories, making her adventures as enriching as they are memorable.
